Surgery
Surgeries are performed daily and involve a wide variety of procedures. The most common surgeries including altering pets (spays and neuters), growth removals, c-sections and exploratory surgeries, but we also do many less common procedures like bladder stone removal, eye tacks and eyelid repairs, and ear hematomas. We have state of the art monitoring equipment and use the most current anesthetic protocols and products to provide safe and effective anesthesia. Anesthetic agents and gasses are much safer nowadays which lowers surgical risks. An IV catheter and fluids provide intravenous access and makes surgeries even safer. Some of the more complex procedures are referred to Specialty Clinics with boarded surgeons in the Portland area.
