Michelle Assistant

Michelle graduated from Oregon State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science. She started working in the veterinary field in 2007 as a student worker for the OSU large animal teaching hospital.

She worked there for several years before deciding that she would like small animal experience also. She started working for Wilsonville Veterinary Clinic in June of 2011, where she has really enjoyed the people, animals and atmosphere. She just finished her distance learning program and will be taking the technician certifying exam this fall! And she enjoys the company of 5 cats and 1 dog and reads as much as possible.


Kristen Assistant

Kristen joined Wilsonville Veterinary Clinic in 2012. She graduated from Tigard High School in 2008 and attended Oregon State University for 3 years studying animal behavior.

Kristen has worked with animals for many years in the retail market and is enjoying applying her animal nurturing in the veterinary clinic. She has two dogs, Bella and Nacho, two cats, Luna and BK, and a guinea pig, Raven.

Tawna Assistant

Tawna originally joined Wilsonville Veterinary Clinic in 2008 after she graduated Sherwood High School. She left to pursue other life experiences, and has come back a few times, the most recent in July 2018.

She’s always had a love for animals. Growing up she lived on 5 acres with horses, goats, chickens, cats, and dogs. She showed horses in 4H and her Greater Swiss Mountain Dog during high school. Tawna now has two dogs, Cheyenne (pictured) and Tucker and a cat, Mochi.

While not at work she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, going boating and to the beach.


Danielle Assistant

Danielle joined the team as a veterinary assistant in December 2017. She grew up surrounded by animals and currently has nine pets at home. Danielle has a passion for animals and veterinary medicine and is currently working toward entering the vet tech program at PCC.

When Danielle isn't working she enjoys spending time outdoors, playing with her dogs, traveling and spending time with family and friends.


Erin Assistant

Originally from Indiana, Erin moved to Oregon in 2015. Erin enjoys being veterinary assistant because of her love and passion for animals. Erin has an education background in canine behavior which helps keep our patients as low stress as possible while visiting the clinic. In her spare time, Erin enjoys volunteering at rescues and shelters as well as travelling and camping with her husband. At home, Erin has her beloved Boxer/Pitbull mix, Chloe, and Twinkie, her Burmese mix cat


Micayla Assistant

Micayla joined Wilsonville Veterinary Clinic in 2018. She grew up in North Eastern Oregon and graduated from Union High School in 2014. Shortly afterward, she moved to Salem, Oregon where she worked with animals in the retail industry for several years.

Micayla realized her passion for animals at a young age. Her first dog was a Rottweiler named Ursula who will always hold a special place in her heart. Her pets now include Kylo Ren, a Bearded Dragon; Ripley, a Crested Gecko; and the family rescue dog, Delilah (pictured). Micayla also enjoys exploring the outdoors, painting, and spontaneous trips to the beach.
